Planned Maintenance, Inc. was established in Barbados in 1997. Through the knowledge acquired over the years in this industry, we have found that the area needing the most attention of any property is the maintenance. We have therefore placed our energies and resources into a developed infrastructure which supports and makes maintenance a very high priority.
We believe that in order to maintain our high level of service and reputation that our clients demand, we must have full and direct control of the work being carried out at all properties. Every member of the team is vetted for security purposes and is directly employed by us. We do not use temps. The privacy and confidentiality of our clients are paramount. All staff are full time employees that are chosen for their breadth of experience, skills and reliability. As a result, we are fully equipped to diagnose and immediately facilitate any scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that relates to the optimum functioning of your property. This is backed up by a 24 hour emergency call out service where every request is responded to as soon as feasibly possible.
We take our impact on the environment seriously and therefore use ‘green solutions’ and a holistic approach wherever possible.
